Should all tickets be sold prior to the Early Bird Close at Midnight, Wednesday, 10 February 2021, both the Early Bird Prize and the Grand Prize will be drawn on Friday, 12 February 2021.

The following persons and their relatives (relatives are defined as spouse (including de facto spouse), parent, child or sibling) are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: board members, senior managers, ticket fulfillment staff and fundraising staff at Multiple Sclerosis Limited; the nominee of the lottery; Deloitte directors and employees associated with the lottery draws.
Assuming all tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 10,000 chance of winning the Grand Prize.
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older.
Maximum number of tickets in the draw: 10,000. All tickets $50 each.
The names of all prize winners will be available online at msdreamcarlottery.com.au. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Winners are responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of all prizes is $170,000.
The Grand Prize and Early Bird Prize draw will be conducted at MSWA at 154 Abernethy Road, Belmont 6104.

Early Bird Prize
The Early Bird Prize winner will win $20,000 in gold. To claim the prize, the winner will be required to complete a 100-point identification check.
Grand Prize
The Grand Prize winner will have the option of the 2021 Audi e-tron, valued at $150,000 or $150,000 in gold. Should the Grand Prize winner select the 2021 Audi e-tron option, on-road costs are included but does not include motor vehicle insurance.
The images included in the MS Dream Car Lottery promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. There is a minimum wait time of six months from placement of order for this vehicle.
Unclaimed Prizes
Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn 12 weeks from the date for which the original prize was drawn.
Refunds
Requests for refunds must be actioned prior to the commencement of the draws. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.

The name of this promotion is the “MS Dream Car Lottery 2021A – MS Dream Club Members Only Draw”.
The promoter is MS Limited ABN 66 004 942 287 of 54 Railway Rd, Blackburn, Victoria.
Entry is open to people over the age of 18.

By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only entries received via the method below and received by MS Limited prior to Midnight, Wednesday, 10 March 2021 are eligible.
Entries into the draw will be accepted from Thursday, 31 December 2021 until the promotion close, Wednesday, 10 March 2021.
The prize will be drawn on Friday, 12 March 2021 at MS Limited Offices, Blackburn Victoria.
Entry can be made via this method: Purchase a MS Dream Car Lottery 2021A ticket (Licence number: VIC: 10429/20) and sign up for a new or retain an existing MS Dream Club membership which includes subscription to the MS Dream Home Lottery and/or MS Dream Car Lottery, and keep your membership active until Midnight, Wednesday 10 March 2021.
For the purpose of the prize draw, all valid entries will be entered into a computerised database.
The winner(s) of this promotion will be determined by a computerised random number generator.
The prize on offer is $10,000 in gold.
The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and email by a representative of MS Limited after the prize draw. In the instance that the winner is represented by a proxy and cannot be contacted on the phone number or email provided, and remains uncontactable for 30 days a replacement/ substitute winner will be drawn in the same manner as the first.
The winner(s) name will be announced on the MS Dream Home Lottery official Facebook page within 7 days of confirming the winner and remain on the website for no less than 1 month.
If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, or if the prize is forfeited under the clause above, MS Limited reserves the right not to draw another winner.
It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.

MS Limited and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion, and all contestants release from, and indemnify MS Limited against any claim they may have in respect of all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
